Self
The common denominator in all our experiences is us. Change starts with the Self. How I discovered something needed to change within me was that I had become what is known as the ‘walking, breathing dead’. I had completely disconnected from my life and emotions and was only experiencing ever greater levels of resentment and disappointment.
Your story and experience might be different, but it still begins with you. Coming to know yourself deeply, what motivates you, what gives you purpose and passion within your life are the building blocks to living a purpose-filled life and coming fully alive!
Relationships
One of the first places our lack of self-awareness shows up is in our relationships. The most painful ones to break down being our marriages or partnerships. We can experience repeated arguments or cycling the same issues over and over again, a general lack of connection and feeling heard and understood, and even painful conflict and instability.
This is all so painful because what we really want is a deep sense of connection, to feel seen, understood, valued and accepted. For those we love to feel safe to open up to us, and that we create safe and harmonious homes. This is all possible and I want this for you too!
Leadership
You know you are being called to more, to lead. But perhaps you spend more time feeling powerless, that your perspectives are not heard or valued, or you experience a lack of connection with those you lead. And perhaps you hesitate to step into leadership because of the poor examples you’ve seen that involve force, domination and suppression.
